We do not disclose any non-public personal financial information about our customers or former customers to anyone except as it may be required by law. Refund Policy If you are not satisfied with Walnut Hollow Ranch Beef, please contact us within one week of receipt. Keep the beef frozen and we will work with you to correct the problem. If we cannot correct the problem, we will help you arrange for the return of the frozen beef to Walnut Hollow Ranch, LLC and refund your order total, minus the non-refundable deposit. Shipping and delivery charges will not be refunded. |
