Liability and Waiver Disclaimer In exchange for participation in activities offered by Walnut Hollow Ranch, Carter Cove Road, Hayesville, NC 28904 and use of the property, facilities and services of Walnut Hollow Ranch, I agree for myself and for members of my family or group to the following: 1) I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with activities at Walnut Hollow Ranch and will assume full responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family or group's use of or presence upon the facilities at Walnut Hollow Ranch. 2) I agree to indemnify and defend Walnut Hollow Ranch and it's owners, agents or employees against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses (including attorney or litigation costs), which may in any way arise from my or my family or group's use of or presence upon the facilities of Walnut Hollow Ranch. 3) I agree to pay for alll damages to the facilities of Walnut Hollow Ranch caused by me or my family or group's negligence, reckless or willful action. 4) Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under North Carolina Law. |
