Reservations with 50% advance deposit.

Rates plus 10% state and local taxes.
 

Check-in 2-4 pm/ Check-out by 11 am
 

  • Smoking permitted outdoors

  • Out-of-state firewood is not permitted

  • Swim or fish at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty

  • No check-ins after dusk


PET RULES

  • Always on leashes

  • No pets left unattended or permitted on furniture or on beds

  • Pets required to have pest control

  • Pets unattended must be crated

  • Cats are only permitted in crates and cannot roam

  • Clean up after pets

GUEST LIMITATIONS

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Shared bathroom and kitchen with upstairs room

  • Not handi-cap accessible

  • Not suitable for infants or elderly

  • The loft room is up a flight of stairs

  • Both rooms are accessible through the main farm building

  • No live TV or satellite

  • 14 days or more - 100% refund of deposit less service fee $35.00

  • Less than 10 days - 75% refund of deposit less service fee $35.00

  • Less than 7 days - 50% refund of deposit less service fee $35.00

  • Less than 3 days - Minimum cancellation service fee $35.00 (Credit issued if you re-book)

The guest accepts lodging privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Walnut Hollow Farm Lodge and Walnut Hollow Ranch, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/ her person arising out of their use of its facilities or COVID-19 and agrees to indemnify Walnut Hollow Farm Lodge and Walnut Hollow Ranch, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or visitor of the registered guest arising out of the use of its facilities.

Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Liability and Waiver Disclaimer


In exchange for participation in activities offered by Walnut Hollow Ranch, Carter Cove Road, Hayesville, NC 28904 and use of the property, facilities and services of Walnut Hollow Ranch, I agree for myself and for members of my family or group to the following:

 

  1. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with activities at Walnut Hollow Ranch and will assume full responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family or group's use of or presence upon the facilities at Walnut Hollow Ranch.

  2. I agree to indemnify and defend Walnut Hollow Ranch and it's owners, agents or employees against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses (including attorney or litigation costs), which may in any way arise from my or my family or group's use of or presence upon the facilities of Walnut Hollow Ranch.

  3. I agree to pay for alll damages to the facilities of Walnut Hollow Ranch caused by me or my family or group's negligence, reckless or willful action.

  4. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under North Carolina Law.
