CHECK-IN: 2-4 pm, CHECK-OUT: 11 am

• 2 week maximum stay

• RV's older than 10 years subject to approval

• RV's must be manufactured

• Out-of-state firewood is not permitted

• FREEZE WARNING water hose must be dis-connected and water hydrant MUST be turned off < 36 degree low temperatures

• No check-ins after 5pm

PET RULES

• Must always be on a leash (no retractable leashes)

• No pets left unattended at RV or anyone on grounds

• Please clean up after you pets

CANCELLATIONS

• 14 days or more - 100% refund of deposit less service fee $35.00

• Less than 10 days - 75% refund of deposit less service fee $35.00

• Less than 7 days - 50% refund of deposit less service fee $35.00

• Less than 3 days - Minimum cancellation service fee $35.00 (Credit issued if you re-book)
